Meet Edgar

Experience

Edgar Shahnazari is a Licensed Educational Psychologist LEP (#4232), who has over 15 years of experience specializing in the assessment of children and adults for ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities. He has served in a variety of communities throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Throughout his career, he has conducted comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to help individuals better understand their strengths and areas of need, supporting tailored interventions and academic success. His work focuses on using assessments and collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals to promote meaningful growth and positive outcomes across educational and vocational settings. 

Education

Edgar earned his Master of Science in Counseling, School Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. In addition, he holds specialized certifications from CSULA, including an Autism Specialist Certificate and a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis in Educational Settings, which have strengthened his expertise in assessing and supporting individuals with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
