At this time, I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide a superbill upon request for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider 

We assess learners as young as age 4 (Pre-k) through adulthood. We do not have a set age-limit for adults, as long as they are enrolled in some form of academic program and/or class or if they are being impacted in a vocational setting. For counseling and teletherapy, our specialty is working with children and adolescents, and young adults in college. 

The cost of our assessments vary depending on the type of evaluation. Please refer to our Assessments tab for specific pricing information.

All in-person testing takes place at our Newport Beach office. Counseling services can be provided in-person or remotely via telehealth. Questionnaires and/or rating scales may also be completed remotely. 

An assessment does not always result in a diagnosis. The purpose of the evaluation is to understand an individual’s learning profile, identify strengths and areas of need, and determine whether the results meet criteria for a specific DSM-V diagnosis. In some cases, the findings may highlight challenges or patterns that do not rise to the level of a diagnosable condition but can still inform helpful recommendations and supports. 

A diagnosis alone does not guarantee accommodations. Colleges and universities have their own disability services offices that review evaluation reports to determine eligibility based on federal guidelines. Following your assessment, we provide a comprehensive report with documentation that can be submitted to your institution for review. The final decision regarding specific accommodations rests with the institution or university’s disability services department
